Simple enough:

1)Grab a soda can
2)Drink the soda until the can is empty
3)Harm intent
4)Aim for your own head
5)Crush a can!

Joe Pubbie crushes the empty Space Cola can on his head! What a bad ass!

Unless somebody has crushed can sprites, it should just make the cans disappear or something.

Let people do it even when the can is full. Only instead they knock themselves out and get soda everywhere.
