Borg PDA disappears when switching modules

Not sure of the exact conditions, but this will replicate the issue:

- Become a borg (round start, whatever)
- Choose Standard module for the upgrade
- Eject your module and have it rewritten
- Reinsert module

You will no longer have your PDA. Might be able to be reproduced with less steps, too.



On a side note it might be a good idea to decouple having the basic tools (crowbar, flashlight, screwdriver, multitool) from modules, so that even if you're moduleless you still have the same capabilities that the AI shells do.

The module you choose when you first open your panel has the PDA added to it. The rewriter is not capable of putting PDAs in modules. I think the PDA should be under Robot Commands like the AI's PDA. At least have that button equip the PDA to an open slot.
