Something I think could be fun is some kind of system for Medical to take in money through contracts.
Contracts would be to do things like test new medicines and surgery techniques on research subjects.
Medical gets mailed something like mystery pills or experimental organs, as well as a form to filled in. Doctor administers the treatment, then observes effect on the subject. Forms ask basic questions like identifying which organs are affected, what the effect is, both positive and negative, information about test subject like name age and blood type etc.
This lets medical follow up on things like organ health and create routine surgeries. Pharmacist, Roboticist, and Genetics could get unique contracts and then collaborate with Medical Doctors for data gathering.
