More hand labelers please

Hand labelers are helpful for telling different components apart easily when working with MechComp, but the other day I spawned in as the Chief Engineer on Clarion, and I couldn't find one anywhere near the Engineering department. There wasn't even one in the Bridge, either. I had to go all the way to cargo, at the the other end of the ship, where I finally got one one out a locked QM equipment locker. I've been hunting all over the map today, and there's a few others, but they're almost all carefully locked away in specific departments like Research and Genetics. The only labeler I could find in a public space was in the Podbay.

Clarion isn't the only map with this shortage. Kondaru, Cogmap and Cogmap 2 have plenty, but I've just looked around the Mushroom map and the only one I saw was in Security. Nadir could stand to have a couple more. Neon could use more. I think I've made my point, they're easily overlooked in mapping but you notice when you try to find one and suddenly realise you don't know where to get one.

You can find one hand labeler in each office supply locker. These can be found in most offices, crew quarters and general storage rooms.

E.g. for clarion, that means you can find one directly in the CE office, if you spawn as CE. Just open the plain locker and you should find it under the paper and canvas.

I see no point in this since as Lord_earthfire says... they are very common around the place.
Many departments have many copies laying around too.

That said... just add an office supply locker to mechanics.
