* No change: ProDoc/SecHUDs/Team Antag indicators: 0 to 10 Tiles (max range)
* No change: Say/emote displays the full name: 0 to 10 Tiles (max range)
New/PRed behavior:
* ALT+Hover Name-Tag: 0 to 5 tiles
* Examine all details: 0 to 5 tiles
* Soft examine: 6 to 7 tiles, hides name
* "Too far away to see clearly": 8 to 10 tiles, hides name
* No change: ProDoc/SecHUDs/Team Antag indicators: 0 to 10 Tiles (max range)
* No change: Say/emote displays the full name: 0 to 10 Tiles (max range)
This PR maintains the existing behavior that silicons in that they can see humans and silicons clearly from up to 10 tiles away, but humans can also clearly see silicons from the same distance.
Why's this needed?
Increase the amount of ambiguity of who's who on station.
ALT+Hover change is a tiny balance equalization between Square and Widescreen screen settings.
Testing
A screenshot showing various security members looking at two people with contraband. The HoS at 5 units can see their names and that they are holding guns. The Security Officer at 7 can tell they are holding something, but not what nor their names. The Security Assistant at 10 cannot get a description or name. All of them can see they are holding Contraband via their SecHUDs.
