Strong things that could be allowed under the powergaming rule

There was a small conversation in the classic discord channel about how certain things nerfed in the past could be reverted at least somewhat under the assumption that repeated use especially as a nonantag would get you talked to. Now I don't remember many examples myself, so I thought a forum post would be good to hear if anyone has suggestions along these lines.

My own suggestion isn't something that was nerfed in the past but is related, which would be to allow component cabinets to be scanned and printed like any other device. I hardly see people using these in nefarious ways and using them to screw with shuttles or bolt and toggle everything on the map every second as a nonantag would get you bonked anyway. Heck, give the handheld ones an extra slot even.
