Allow Talk Show Hosts to upload custom music

I don't know if poor Byond would like this very much, but it would be awesome if specifically talk show hosts could upload their own music and play it via however the Admins do it. It would probably be a good idea to make the "Stop Radio Tunes" button if this gets added, just in case anybody plays anything distasteful...

Sometimes a guy just wants to play smooth jazz instead of the OST, yknow?

pretty sure the potential for some rando to put on something distasteful is why it's limited to admins. personally, I also prefer it this way - even if it takes one edgelord one instance of putting on 30 Minutes Of Every Racial Slur to get permabanned, there's absolutely going to be more than one edgelord who'll assume they're the first one to conceive of that idea

if you find yourself playing radio host while an admin's online, there's no harm in shooting them a *pray asking if you can get a custom record for the round!

Yeah I really just don't trust people not to play something awful, even when it's not slurs or ram ranch I can't imagine what most people will play will exactly fit into the game. Admins get the aux cord because people can complain at us if we play cringe and even then it's not every round.
Something that might be fun would be playing in-game instruments over the radio, but it would be hard to communicate that the sound is coming from your headset (also maybe performance issues with sending that many rapid radio messages?)

there already is a button to stop the music! and it's literally called Stop The Music! so there's that.
while it would be fun, i'm afraid it's either gonna end up being a bit of a detriment, as John funny the Radio Show Host puts on ye olde track called "SHIT BLASTER 8000" and rips everyone's eardrums off for the 8th time and security is already called inbound to the radio station to beat their ass and revoke their license to have a life, or it becomes alright and the music variety expands. but in the end, i think it's best left to when an admin is present and can look over the situation properly.

It's totally possible to make a system akin to HoS and clown applications, but with DJs presenting "mixtapes" of the things they want to run for approval. That would require someone to listen to all of them in advance though, which is unrealistic...

i see many disscuss about this previously sometime in Musician or Radio host.
For my opinion of course it great to allow to give music any we want to play.
but there is some of player ( quite alot tbh ) would disagree that could be something bad and people mistreat it.
however i experince this mechanic before in other server like ss14 Frontier that allow to use HDMI to any song we want to instrument or Host the song. The result is fine nothing weird happen ( anyway the server i play was MRP-HRP so rule quite stict )
My point is Some of server are already make it happen and everything still fine so i think give us a chance to try might not that bad.

I wanna keep approved songs on the air, no custom songs.. BUTTTTT....

I wouldn't mind saying yes to instruments being plugged into the Radio Station and then music playing for a limited time (Aka song lengths)
But... what I rather have? Preset sound effects with cooldowns to be used on the radio station.
