let paper scanner mechcomp look for stamps

what if there was a setting akin to the microphone component that added a segment where it reads out stamps? honestly i only need CE / Captain / RD / HoP / HoS stamped papers to register, but names could work too.
i'm imagining an output where it reads stamps too to be formatted something like "text=[paper text]&stamp=chiefengineer" for a paper stamped with the CE's stamp
