Fake Cash

I think that our PDA's should accept Fake Discount Dan's cash but not actually update our bank accounts.
Just to be sort of an illusion because I believe that fake cash should have a distinct sprite with a semi obvious tell that it's fake.
Maybe even a tell in the chat log that the money didn't go through right for anyone keen to observe it.

Cash is mostly used between crew in their small shops and it would be RP and Role accurate for staffies and clowns to show up with that sort of stuff. Maybe to give them an edge.
I'm sure it would open up some opportunities in RP

Fake cash ignites when isnerted into PDAs, starting a 1x1 tile fire on the pda (or player holding the pda)

Into it for the idea that you can trick someone with fake cash as payment, but PDAs and Vending machines would just take it and not do anything with it
