Buying LPs from a vendor for the radio station

As A DJ it kinda sucks when you take requests and the track they want from the random generated selection isn't there, but in the meantime you sit there with 3 copies of MAY.
Now I am not here to suggest buying HIDDEN LPs that take effort to find. I am just asking from the LP selection that is randomized in the sleeves.

I wouldn't mind a merchant or dispenser to buy them from in the Radio Stations.
It's just a lil bit of music flavor control anyway.
