Traits that negatively affect movement shouldn't apply when in a wheelchair.

Traits that severely affect movement (ie, trippy, two left feet, etc) shouldn't apply when using a wheelchair, since you're not using your legs.

Logically that makes sense. Though I like to think its funny if someone elects to avail themselves of some new legs from robotics or a donator that they're intrinsically clumsy walking around on them, and I (maybe foolishly I wouldn't be surprised) don't see taking a wheelchair purchase as a primary way to cheat the trait point system for the meta. But I'm also fine if we moved them into the same "body" category so picking them became mutually exclusive.

So I'm personally pretty ambivalent. Honestly until right now I thought they -were- mutually exclusive.

I'm not entirely sure I like the idea of them being mutually exclusive - my main reason for suggesting this is so my wheelchair bound character would have a mechanical reason to not get legs instead of just an in-character one. But hey, it's a dev/admin decision so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They don't, I have trippy on my legless wheelchair character and while there's the chat message for "Etienne Khouri trips!" you don't actually fall out of your chair and drop what you're holding. I have this trait such that if I end up with legs (cloning, other things) that I'm still impacted in my movement.
