Connect POWER to MechComp CONVEYORS

Consider oshan conveyor loop, nobody uses them, but they're really funny to connect power to and watch them spin really fast. What if we had that, but for the new mechcomp conveyors. The problem is, they currently use the room APC to draw power from, and connecting each one to a wire would be tedious. How about a separate mechcomp device called a "Conveyor Amplifier" or something like that, when placed next to a conveyor belt, and is wired up, it will instead draw power from the wired "Conveyor Amplifier" and could make that conveyor and all conveyors infront/behind where ever it's facing equal to that speed up until it reaches the hard cap that the Oshan conveyors has (i think it has one? if it does, make emagging it remove the hard cap)
