Detomatrix Cartridges Disappearing

So on two separate occasions, I have had my Detomatrix cartridge (unused both times) completely disappear from the PDA. The first time, I believe I inserted the cartridge into the PDA in my pocket without having the display open. Check it a few seconds later, no cartridge. Tonight, I put the Detomatrix into my PDA, open it up, then get to the import screen before remembering I forgot to scan for PDAs. I go scan them, then I have to drop the PDA to help someone. I get back and discover to my incredible annoyance that the thing has completely vanished from the PDA.

Losing one telecrystal isn't exactly a tragedy, but it still sucks to not get to blow up a few people.
