There should be an easy way to stop infinite loops on the chemicompiler. Maybe hitting it or some sort of switch would. I was surprised that even cutting off the power wouldn't reset it - I even tried deconstructing and reconstructing the damn thing!

The infinite loops are impervious, and I don't get why.

Exactly! It would be really nice for chemicompiler to have stop button as It can take too long to execute. So players can work on it without worrying about breaking it.
