Reduce the amount of pop-ups caused by the sponge

The sponge is very useful for cleaning, but opens hellacious amounts of pop up windows. I think the sponge should act based on your current intent and not ask so many times about what to do when clicking almost anything.
Help: Soak up liquids Disarm: Wipe Down Grab: Wring out on the floor or current container clicked Harm: Smack things with the sponge, no pop-ups

Or it could be like a food fabricator where you click it to select a mode from that point on.

Why do I get a pop up when there is only one option sometimes?

Personally, think

grab for soak up (The sponge is grabbing water)
Help for wiping (You're helping by cleaning)
Disarm to wing the sponge out (You are disarming the sponge of liquid)
Harm to wack (Wack)
