Missing Data Terminal Under Packet Sniffer in Tech Storage

As per title. There's cables going to where the packet sniffer is but there's no data terminal there.

It's in storage there. Those cables are for the door and lights. You're supposed to move it somewhere else for use.

There is a cable that ends blindly at where the sniffer is. I can't think of any reason for that cable unless it's for the sniffer.
