Syndicate Item: Candy Bar

I almost never see anyone go into a sugar induced coma and it occurred to me it would be hilarious if there was a syndicate item that could do that. It would look like a normal candy bar, but be fuckin' chock full of sugar. They could even come in a box or pack. Leave those bad boys around and people are certainly going to eat them.
