There are two sorts of fixes in this patch:
First, some chemicals, like space cola, did not check the mob's temperature before using the max/min temperature functions, resulting in silly behavior with coolants instantly heating up people, and vice versa.
Secondly, some of the chemicals which did have the checks then did the changes in the wrong direction, giving them the same issue. This fixes the direction.
