The Y hotkey is intended to let you talk on A) the channel your headset is set to, and B) the special channels your headset is on. The former should be the same channel using ";" uses, but instead, it always goes to whatever the original setting of the headset is.
Bug replication: set your headset to a different frequency than default. Say a message with usual talking methods prefixed by a ";", then use the Y hotkey's options. Notice the discrepancy.
