Trivial Cyborg Dock Painting broken

Hey. Trying to implement paint via a cyborg docking station on a cyborg is completely nonfunctional. Nothing is applied to the cyborg and they remain the same colour, not sure how long it's been broken for but now that I think hard about it, I don't think I've been able to get myself painted as a borg since around April, when I started playing. 

It's got a 100% reproduction rate, just slap a cyborg into the docking station and try to apply any number on the paint scales. Nothing happens. Thanks.
