Grody Gizmo can be disarmed

The grody gizmo from meat station can be disarmed by monkeys, and possibly by players. This leads to some weird behavior where the gun is on the ground, can't be picked up, but will fire organs.

Steps to reproduce: Get the grody gizmo, and fight a monkey and/or player.

It can't be picked back up and results in a super bugged out arm. Even cutting it off and replacing it with another arm resulted in it still taking up an arm slot, and firing when I clicked it. Considering it integrates into you, why should you be able to literally disarm someone? You can't remove someone's arm by blocking.
