Trivial The gibwave from a revolution round ended by timeout causes rev wins?

Just now, a revolutionary round ended on #2 and the gibwave struck - but it counted as a revolutionary victory for some reason, I guess because the heads got gibbed first.  All Ears

This should end the round in a draw when the shockwave itself happens, not based in whoever gets gibbed first.
