Trivial Claps and Clown Shoe Squeaks don't play together

Wearing any set of shoes that makes noise with the new trait will only make the shoe noise when moving. This saddens me, as I wished to be an extraordinarily loud clown followed by a series of squeak-claps as I wander the station. Just making sure this is a bug and not as I suspect a method of stopping too many sounds from playing at once.
