goonhub.com's tickets show ' instead of an apostrophe

That has been bugging me for a long while, so i decided to post that here.

Not too sure who own the website, but :

https://goonhub.com/tickets

When you look at a ticket's reason or "issued to", apostrophes shows up as '
Plz fix if possible

EDIT : Drats, the forum ironically parsed it correctly. it's &.#.3.9.; without the dots.

Thanks for this report, I don't check goonhub as much as I should.

The issue causing this has been fixed. Additionally, old records with bad data have been updated and cleaned.
