]It just happened on Oshan, and it has happened in the past. The biomagnetic fields event triggering on the shuttle causes so many bounces and magnetic fluxes that it completely breaks the server. Namely, the shuttle timer stops counting. Even the chatbox and ping box are broken.
It appears to be this sort of thing that causes it, literally hundreds of messages of people bouncing off each other before the chatbox breaks.

It seems like the easiest fix would be to just remove the event.

biomag wrestling on the escape shuttle is an institution more sacred than farting itself.
this needs a reasonable fix.

Should be fixed now - magnetic fields deactivate for 1 second following a collision.
