Minor Clicking on others with help intent while bleeding

If you're bleeding and you click on somebody with help intent it'll try to stop their bleeding (even if they are not bleeding!).

Couldn't shake up a guy because of this. Might also prevent the CPRing people, maybe, didn't try that out though.
