Escape shuttle console is actually the mining shuttle console (Cog1)

May apply to other servers as well, but specifically on Cog1 the escape shuttle console is the mining shuttle console. I attempted to beat it senseless with my emag and after seeing it didn't work I clicked it with an empty hand and called the mining shuttle to the station instead. I assume you can still emag the actual shuttle console, so this is probably a bug.
