Custom small cells have a PU cap of 300 is ridiculous. I can verify that no matter what you try, the cell will always have 300 PU if you make it really well.
I think this should be increased, perhaps to 400, or even 500? Custom cells should be equal to or better than the best normally-obtainable cell bar artifacts (laser rifle cell with 400).
Or maybe at least to whatever a gnesis/erebite alloy could make. (electrum might be better but I do not know its recipe)
