Major no merchant shuttles appear

It seems that, after the update to rad storms, merchant shuttles don't appear AT ALL anymore. Unless I have the worst RNG imaginable from two or three rounds in a row, this is a very big inconvenience to people who want to explore centcom, or, more importantly, eat the ice cream.

Yeah, nothing was changed to do with this. With RNG things, two or three rounds of it is hardly "the worst RNG imaginable". If this is still the case in 10 rounds from now we might look into it.
