Minor Game mode displays as extended, not actually extended, [clarion, goon2]

Whenever playing on clarion on server 2, the round type will appear as "extended" even though it's actually just secret.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Join #2
   
2. Wait for a successful map vote to change the map to Clarion
   
3. Wait for the new round
   
4. Wait for the new round to actually start
   
5. Spawn in
   
6. Look at the game mode
