Blood Regeneration [New Path Symptoms]

Much simpler than my last few patches, this one adds two symptoms to pathology.

One of them regenerates your blood level based on the current stage of the pathogen. It accelerates the further the disease has progressed. It keeps giving you blood until you hit a safe limit of 500 units.

The other one does the exact same thing only with no pressure limitations. I'll leave the rest to your imagination.
