Fake "data corruption" and "glitched" entities for badmin funtimes

Remember when the server would recompile wrong and spew out a garbage landscape of nonsensical sprites and sounds?
Remember when we had a "glitch" race for admins to play as that would fuck up names and do random scaling effects and colors on sprites while playing distorted sounds and fouling up text?
If you don't, you were missing out. I think these things need to be brought back as admin buttons because it is best in life for badmin rounds to crush the souls of the players and hear the lamentations of deadchat.

the glitch gun and glitch drone exist. all they do is randomize sprites between anything that kind of fits with the affected object. e.g. walls become different walls, your headset might become a loudspeaker. also the glitch gun leaves shrapnel in you for some reason.

i'd love if the glitch gun switched whatever got hit's sprite with ANY random sprite. your gloves now look like a reinforced wall
