Eh, I don't really like it. Death is already pretty easy to counteract given cloning, classic rounds are already shorter than rp rounds. I think it makes sense for RP to have it to mitigate the impact...

What does this even mean, "use these for gimmicks"? Just about everyone can already speak and those that can't have the specific gimmick of not being able to speak unless given this item.

It should make you have the actual "sleep" affect so you can't see/hear anything and maybe make it take you a few seconds to wake up. so that you can't do it willy nilly
