i think if you want to make the stun baton worse a good place to look at might be its disorient time (the duration of the slowed effect on-hit) or its stamina damage leave the consistency of the stun...

i don't think the multi-girder-per-tile thing is really worth preserving here. I'd rather have multi-builds functional and kill the same-tile-girders joke feature so that it's not broken feeling.

antagonist critters spawning in nuclear rounds would be a bug. also, ghost critters being able to screw with the nuke is a bug and is currently being worked on we can also totally disable pest spawns ...

We've placed some backup tokens (along with new deployable turrets) into an armory locker on all maps. Hopefully this hits a good middle ground of accessibility.
