at the most i'd say let it deflect bullets but deflecting energy projectiles so many times might make it overheat and stapling a saber onto your arm is dicey since that paints a giant target on you...

why not just subvert/killswitch the borgs? its been a while since i played nu-nuke ops but you can always just work a little stealth into your strategy
