I feel like fixing the current UI would be better than having to maintain two versions of it. 515 has better methods of sending icons than the base64 stuff we use currently so that is likely the way.

No, cyborgs self-sufficiencey is not something we want. Roboticists should be a part of the process.

Misc is just everything without an assigned chat filter class. It should be a fairly simple project to add the combat class to some of the stuff that should have it.
