Yeah not all too sure what this does that pickpocketing doesn't. Not being able to radio while cuffed/armless is incredibly restrictive for Antags. |

Basically, prevents you from being moved by the Singularity/Gravity Wells as any other benefit Cyborgs just naturally have, to my knowledge.
