I usually make it part of my end-of-round routine to sample each one, and nothing funny ever happens before time runs out and the round resets QGP or other secret chems would make it more fun!

Vomit needs to interact with chem more. You should be able to puke up a certain amount of whatevers in your bloodstream (maybe a certain chem could make it so whatver's in your bloodstream is released...
