this defibrillator ability was added alongside a bunch of other weapon/tool changes, done with the intent of giving average crew jobs tools that were actually decent in a fight instead of trash/situat...

i haven't played since the change but my understanding is that you'll still be able to roll shovedowns often on csaber users. It takes a huge amount of stamina to swing, and blocking disarms drains ...

pin resists have a soft-cap at 8, where at 8 or greater attempts they start rolling a raw prob() to break free alongside doing the stamina drains. that prob roll is currently 7% chance to break free ...

i don't think the multi-girder-per-tile thing is really worth preserving here. I'd rather have multi-builds functional and kill the same-tile-girders joke feature so that it's not broken feeling.
