| Downside to pulling them while cuffed is if you want to leave the table to grab a different instrument, you have to drag them with you.
You can already buckle-cuff people to beds to perform surgery... |

| One thing worth mentioning is that you can look up someone's fingerprint or DNA via SecMate as well. You just hit "search for a record" at the main menu and copy+paste the string into the computer. |
