You can use a reagent scanner, one is located in operating theater on Cog 1.

Seems like a dumb pointless change. You don't need to scan 30 people for insulated gloves, maybe at most like 5, same with boxing gloves.

When i played AI this was only some places sometimes, appealingly random what was blacked out. IE I could see the owlery just fine in a shell, but not from AI area, sometimes the static would randomly...
