A ghostdrone attempting to put metal into the refiner may have its magtractor come off, which can be scanned and printed into a buggy, unstoppable item when picked up by a human. Magtractors created in this way can hold magtractors which can hold magtractors and so on.
It's been fixed with a hillarious reaction.
