Admins cannot give the AI vox powers - Lady Birb - 01-12-2018
See title. If an admin tries to let the AI use vox, than the crew gets the "The AI may now use VOX!" message and the AI gets the "You can now use VOX" message but the command doesn't appear for the AI and they can't VOX.

Alright so, technically the verb works. But it only appears when you're in your mainframe. As an AI eye, you can't see the verb. But you can use it!
Still, that'd be a rad thing to fix.

note from half alseep coder: += verb to mainframe and associated whatever var for eye if exist
