it may be a bit late now to suggest this but i have not seen a single grinch! i think i saw santa, like, once but for spacemas you think they'd show up more often

Good luck getting rare antag chances increased. If its too fun you only get to play as it 1-3 times a year if you're lucky.

I believe Santa is more likely to spawn if Cheer is really high.
Don't know bout the grinch though.

Santa spawns if Cheer is above 70%, I think?
I haven't seen any Grinches at all this year.

Pretty sure grinches are selected like normal antags, I was once one on 1.
