Medical records - first trait has cost and tag, others do not - Avack - 12-03-2017 As the topic says, really. Here's an example: As you can see, the first trait in the list gets the cost and category of the trait listed, but the ones that follow it don't. This holds for all traits and combinations of them. Really silly inconsistency though.
