Use the robust NPC AI in more places - Lady Birb - 08-25-2017
As far as I am aware, the only ways to encounter the robust NPCs are the syndicate operatives that invalid teleporter coordinates can summon, certain mixes of the life chem, and admin intervention. This seems like a waste of a very interesting mechanic and makes me sad. I believe that there are many possible areas they could be used in, here are a couple I came up with.
- The diner NPCs, instead of just being free DNA for changelings or free blood for vampires, should carry well-concealed switchblades they pull out to protect each other if one of them is attacked. You want to eat Shitty Bill? Better be ready for a hell of a fight.
- After watching the Yee CW, I am convinced that we should give Mr. Muggles not just the robust AI, but also wrestler powers, because it would be hilarious and match up with his impressive performance in the show.
Important Edit: It has come to my attention that apparently the robust AI is hostile by default, or at least everything that already uses it is. In my above examples I want to make it clear that they will only attack if provoked first, NOT by default.

I heard somewhere that the reason they changed liches is because of non-antagonist players who were turning themselves into shamblers that way for the sake of letting their body beat people up.
