Allow surgeons to add and remove foreign objects from people - warcrimes - 08-11-2017

As titled.

Add a sequence of surgical procedures ( ideally involving a crowbar ) to open someone's chest and shove crap inside or remove crap from it-
Example: things like the eyewear and clipboard bugs should be accessible this way, maybe matter eater stuff too.
Code:
Malaria Jones excises the clipboard from Jhon Warcrimes! What the fuck?!
You start bleeding!
Jhon Warcrimes screams!

But of course the real reason for this is to be able to shove things inside people.
maybe you want to make a back-alley tracking implant, so you shove a GPS or a beacon inside a staff assistant.
maybe you knock someone out and shove a radio in their chest to spy on them
or maybe you put a mousetrap bomb inside them and watch a jigsaw-like situation unfold in medbay.

Either way, meat is definitely not the only thing that belongs inside a spessmen.

sew remote controlled pipe bombs with anti-tamper devices into people so they are forced to do your evil bidding

Also note, it should probably be impossible to do alone, or it's obviously useless.
You don't want your victim to just empty their guts 20 seconds later, and you don't want people just randomly shoving power items deep within themselves in an instant.

If you don't want them to remove it when you're not looking you could use a spy sticker on them or stick a camera helmet on them. And yeah there would have to be a whitelist for things you can do it with.

Oar Dehrv severs Irene Mincine’s butt’s connection to her stomach!
Oar Dehrv shoves the Irene Mincine’s butt into Irene Mincine! Gross!
You start bleeding.
Irene Mincine screams!
Irene Mincine grunts, but nothing happens.

I think removing a deep fried staff assistant from your ribcage should be at least as inconvenient as digging a bullet out of your gut.
