[FEATURE] BEEst friend and Happyfeet traits - Flourish - 07-25-2017

BEEst friend (-1): Start with a bee egg as your trinket
Happyfeet (-1): Sometimes people can't help but dance along with you

This patch also implements some various fixes/additions that weren't catchy enough to put in the title:
  • The nod, glare, stare, look, and leer emotes will now work even when you're restrained
  • The dance emote in /code/mob/living/carbon/human has been reorganized and now checks if someone is restrained instead of if they're not restrained, for convenience
  • Wizards dancing ghet daun and monkeys dancing are now able to get bees and birbs to dance along with them, and create spiders
  • The message for special monkey emotes no longer addresses monkeys by "the"
Yes, Happyfeet is compatible with both wizards and monkeys.

This has been tested on a local server and everything seems to be in order. The probabilities of these traits are flexible, and I've tried my best to make the Happyfeet trait not too annoying. Please let me know if (well, it's probably inevitable) I could've coded things better, and how.

queen greater domestic space-bee

edit: Actually apparently checking for monkey under human was not a good way to do things, so I'm making a couple changes

edit2: Changes have been made. It should be "better"

Aw yeah, this oughta be great! We need more bees, anyway. Haven't seen 'em in a long while.
