So you'd want to use this on someone who is either nearly bled out alongside using a blood pack, or if you've got no access to blood packs but really need some blood in you.
It's a chem that rapidly increases the subjects production of blood in exchange for minor toxins damage as the body is burning things up to make more blood that it normally wouldn't use.
Overdoses include massive toxins damage, blood vomiting, and bleeding from random places on the body.
