let them tickle people. or use on yourself to put it in your mouth to attempt to throw up
edit: also dropping them should be slower! or something

Have them take a long time to "fall" and instead keep spinning for a bit in the air.
Could also have pillows that drop these when smacked against people, as well as plucking them off birds.
Could be an arrow optional construction component
